CONCIERGE SERVICES
KEY-IN SERVICES
When you arrive at your second home, you want to relax and enjoy your time in Southwest Florida - not worry about coordinating service providers.
Our Key-In Service allows authorized service providers, such as plumbers, pest-control professionals, appliance repair technicians, and other contractors, to access your home and complete the services you have arranged. At your request, we can also remain on-site to oversee the service visit and help ensure everything is properly secured when the work is complete.
OTHER CONCIERGE SERVICES
Guest Arrival & Departure Service
Do you have renters, family members, or friends staying at your home while you’re away? We can help make their arrival and departure worry-free.

Guest Arrival: We’ll meet and greet your guests and open the home for their arrival.

Post-Departure Check: After your guests leave, we’ll check the home and return it to its normal “Home Watch mode,” ensuring it is secured and ready for your next visit.
CAR DRIVE
If you leave a vehicle at your Florida home while you're away, regular use can help keep it in good working condition. Our Vehicle Service provides convenient assistance while you're away, including driving your vehicle as needed and taking it to the dealership or your preferred service provider for routine maintenance, inspections, tire rotations, car washes, or detailing.
You can enjoy your time away knowing your vehicle is receiving the attention it needs while you're gone.
NATURAL DISASTER PREPARATION
Storm Preparation
Living in Florida means knowing that storms are part of life—and some can be severe. When threatening weather is approaching, Sunny Skies Home Watch can help prepare your home by activating the storm-protection measures you already have in place, such as storm shutters and other protective systems.
If your home has removable storm panels that require installation, we can refer you to dependable, qualified professionals who can handle the installation.
