Your Home Watch Visit

Modern House

Each time we conduct a Home Watch Visit, we make a visual observation of your home, inside and out, looking for irregularities and obvious signs of damage. But one of the best things about working with us is the technology we use. Our state-of-the-art software will give the peace of mind knowing your home is receiving the attention it deserves when you are away.  The reports you receive from us include written information and photos of your property that were taken in real-time and show you the condition of your property and the time and date we visited your unoccupied home. You can review reports 24/7 from anywhere in the world with internet accessibility. To view a brief video explaining this software, QRIDit, click the "QRIDit" button below.

Below is a sample Home Watch Checklist, a generic example of what we offer.  Each checklist is customizable by homeowner's request.

  • POSTAL/DELIVERIES - While you’re away, it’s important that your home looks lived-in to avoid burglaries and possible vandalism. We will pick up any packages and mail delivered and put it in a  safe place inside your home.
