Kim and Raul are the proud founders of Sunny Skies Home Watch. They moved here in 2020 from Dallas, Texas. Kim's background is in Dentistry; she has practiced as a Dental Hygienist for over 23 years. Raul is retired from over 30 years in IT. Their attention to detail carries over from their former careers into watching after your home.
"Our goal is to provide you exceptional service by conducting consistent visits to your property, checking for irregularities and/or signs of damage - we are your "eyes and ears and nose" while you're away." Sunny Skies is a Professional Home Watch Company. There is no license for home watch, so instruction from a Home Watch Training Program, such as the Home Watch Academy is important.
